Half of the townhomes have two bedrooms and the remainder a mix of three and four. The 2-bedroom units have attached single-car garages with an outdoor parking apron, while the others have attached 2-car garages.

Amenities at The Loop
The centrepiece of The Loop is a central park with a multi-use pathway, children’s play area, a Scandinavian-style fitness circuit, and a firepit lounge. Over 30% of the entire site is dedicated to open space, with 70 mature trees retained from the original property. At the western portion of the park is a 2-storey amenity building with a kitchen, lounge space, and accessible bathroom on each floor. The lower floor also features a mail room and a patio. Parking and Storage
