In real estate and in life, I believe there are no shortcuts to success. Whether that means working the early morning hours to well into the late evenings, maintaining a far-reaching network of industry contacts, or actively managing over 300 properties—my dedication, superior work ethic, and passion for real estate have been a huge part of my life for over 10 years. Having been involved in the real estate industry since the age of 14 as an unlicensed assistant for my very successful realtor mom, I have worked within numerous roles to help build a network of insider contacts within the industry. Together with my extensive contacts, my property management experiences and utmost dedication to my clients I can provide a unique advantage in today’s competitive market. Being fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, I am able to work with a wide range of buyers and sellers throughout the Vancouver area. I pride myself on my strong work ethic and am always available for my clients to ensure that their expectations are exceeded. That success is evident in results: in my first year as a REALTOR®, I achieved over $30 million in sales and have continued to sell over 50 presale units every year. I am a firm believer in constantly learning from new experiences and never stagnating. One of my most memorable learning experiences was from establishing my own business at the age of 20. The business ran for over three years before being sold; the challenges and lessons I learned from this experience have shaped me into the person I am today and continue to inspire me to constantly push myself. When I do take some down time, I love to travel and meet new people. I also consider myself to be a motorsport fan and am actively taking the steps to owning my own car collection! For any of your real estate inquiries, I would be happy to help! Feel free to reach out to me and I would be happy to assist you with your home management, buying or selling needs.
